Terms and Conditions
1. Understanding Our Role
Pesach In Style, LLC (“the Company”) provides guests with high-quality vacation home accommodations, kosher services, catering, rental items, and support. Our goal is to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We work closely with homeowners, community management, and vendors to help with any needs that arise.
2. Age Requirement & Identification
The primary Guest must be at least 21 years old and the responsible party for the stay. A valid ID and a completed credit card authorization form are required at check-in.
3. Check-In & Access
Check-in takes place at the Encore Resort at Reunion clubhouse check-in desk unless noted otherwise. After presenting required documents, you will receive door codes and home information. Pesach In Style is available to assist with any check-in issues.
4. Home Assignment & Availability
When you reserve a specific home, Pesach In Style will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive that exact home. In rare cases, a home may leave our program or become unusable for any reason, such as maintenance, safety concerns, or management restrictions. If this occurs, we will reassign you to a comparable or upgraded home of equal or greater value within Encore Resort. We will notify you as soon as possible and work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition. While the reservation remains in effect, if the Guest chooses to cancel, any related expenses remain the Guest’s responsibility.
5. Payments & Credit Card Authorization
A card on file is required for incidentals. Charges may include pass-through charges from Encore if assessed. We communicate transparently and will never charge without documentation.
6. Occupancy & Parking
Encore community rules allow 2 guests per bedroom plus 2 additional guests. Guests must follow community parking guidelines.
7. Home-Related Issues & Support
Pesach In Style is not the homeowner or property manager. Issues such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, appliances, pests, or construction are handled by the homeowner or management company. However, we will actively assist, communicate, and do everything possible to help resolve the issue quickly. These matters do not warrant refunds from Pesach In Style.
8. Trash Removal
Trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor bins. Any excess-trash fees are assessed by Encore Resort. If Encore bills us, we will pass charges through with notice.
9. Pool Heat & Safety
Pool heat is optional and based on Encore’s policies. Water temperature depends on weather. We will
gladly help with pool-related questions or needs.
10. Access to the Home
Community-maintenance staff may enter the home if needed for repairs or safety reasons.
11. Use of the Home
Guests agree to use the home responsibly. We’re available for guidance about appliances, safety
features, or any aspect of the home.
12. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are happy to assist with lost-and-found coordination.
13. Cleanliness & Damage
All cleaning or damage assessments are done by Encore Resort or its affiliates, not Pesach In Style. We can help clarify any charges.
14. Catering, Food Delivery & Kosher Standards
All food leaves our facility under strict kosher and temperature-controlled standards. After delivery, Guests are responsible for proper storage. Pesach In Style is not liable for spoilage occurring after delivery or any reactions once food is delivered. Menu substitutions may occur due to availability, always maintaining quality.
15. Rental Items & Appliances
Rental items must be used safely. Pesach In Style is not liable for spoilage caused by malfunctioning rental appliances. Guests are responsible for loss or damage. Replacement charges may apply.
16. Additional Fees
Encore Resort may charge for unauthorized guests, early check-in/late check-out, parking issues, noise complaints, or pool violations. These fees are imposed solely by Encore. If billed to us, they may be passed through.
17. Cancellations & Changes
Policies vary by reservation. Refunds are not provided for weather, travel delays, personal issues, or home conditions outside our control. We always do our best to assist with changes.
18. Club, Grounds & Resort Facilities
Encore Resort controls all amenities. Pesach In Style does not operate these facilities but will help contact appropriate parties if needed.
19. Legal Terms
Florida law governs this Agreement. Venue is the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Guests agree to provide 30 days’ notice before chargebacks or complaints. Claims must be made within one year. Liability is limited to direct losses.
20. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between Pesach In Style and the Guest. Use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms. We are always available to assist and answer questions.
